Financing

Unless otherwise indicated, properties available in H&M’s inventory can be financed. Properties identified as Occupied or NOT FINANCEABLE on the property details page are not eligible to secure a loan for purchase and must be paid for with certified funds in full at closing. Occasionally some of our properties will qualify for special financing through our sellers. When this applies, it will be noted on the property details page as well.. However, all of our contracts are cash contracts and are not subject to the availability or eligibility for financing.
