VA Acquired Homes Now Available!

Every so often the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) must acquire a VA-guaranteed or VA-financed loan where the homeowner is unable to provide monthly payments toward their mortgage. Doing so enables the VA to make the property available for purchase to the general public so that they can recover their losses and ultimately provide loans to other qualifying homebuyers.

Hudson & Marshall, through a partnership with Vendor Resource Management (VRM), is pleased to assist the VA in this capacity by offering these properties to you.
