This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information on the Hudson & Marshall websites. It applies generally to the hudsonandmarshall.com website as well to the Seller Portal and Agent Portal, optional membership only sites.
A current copy is maintained on the hudsonandmarshall.com website at all times. This policy is subject to change at any time and users are encouraged to check it for changes regularly.
Collection of Data
You can browse our hudsonandmarshall.com website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. When you sign up for an account, you give us your personal information and you are not anonymous to us.
