How Bid Now Works

Bid Now allows you to place a bid on a property without waiting for the live auction. Once you’ve selected a property you can submit a bid over the website to be considered by the seller. Simply click the Bid Now button next to the property listing to get started.

• All Bid Now offers must be submitted and approved by that properties deadline (see individual property for details)
• Buyer must execute a cash contract
• All properties sell “as is, where is” with no inspection period
• All offers must close in less than 30 days
• Seller prefers 5% Earnest Money at the time of execution
• Proof of funds or lender approval letter required
• Seller pays for Title Insurance
• All properties are sold free and clear of back taxes and liens
